Our diamonds are certified, and our prices are not ridiculously marked up like many jewelry stores, so you’ll find you can get a lot more for your money with us.

For Engagements, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, Promotions, Retirements, and any other Holiday or Special Occasion that you might need that perfect gift for, we are happy to help. We have a large inventory of everything including Rings, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants/Brooches, Watches and Necklaces in all price ranges.

AAA Family Gems is able to make something special for you and you alone. If you can imagine it we can fabricate it for you. If you are searching for something different we can typically find that one-of-a-kind item for you. We can also redesign jewelry you already own or replace lost or broken items for you.

We have all shapes and sizes, most with GIA or EGL Gemological Laboratory Certificate. If we don’t have what you need, we will locate the perfect diamond to fit your needs AND your budget.

We mostly carry pre-owned and vintage wristwatches, including Rolex & Cartier. We can also order most new, name brand watches at sizeable discounts. Just provide us with any information you have such as: model numbers, size, metal content, dial color, with or without diamonds, band style – a photograph is always a big help.
Since we purchase jewelry directly from Estates, Trusts, Banks and Private Parties, we have exclusive and one-of-a-kind items. If you don’t find what you want on our website, please contact us with any special requests. We have extensive experience in Period pieces including Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco, Retro or Mid Century.
We are always interested in purchasing or trading for your unwanted or inherited jewelry items. Whether you need immediate cash or just want something else, we will give you a free evaluation or estimate on the value of your jewelry.
We can repair any of your jewelry pieces. We will give you a free estimate and typically the work can be done in the same day in our Tustin shop. Antique or estate items may take longer, as well as watch repairs and servicing; however, most battery watches can be changed while you wait.
We do complete professional appraisals for insurance purposes, estate valuations, dividing of assets and bankruptcy. This can be done on our premises or at other locations. We charge by the hour, not by value. In most cases an appointment is required, so please call or email us to schedule an appointment.
We can also assist you in the evaluation of your jewelry. Want to know what a piece is worth but don’t want to sell it? We can help you! Or you can decide if you want to sell it once we determine the value. You can either come into our store or mail, fax or email photos. In some cases there will be a nominal fee.
If you need immediate cash but don’t want to sell your diamonds, jewelry and watches, we can loan you money, using the items as collateral. The amount of the loan will be based on your needs and on the value of the items. We will give you a free evaluation on the amount we can loan. The fees and time of loans are regulated by the State of California and we are licensed by the State.

AAA Family Gems, Inc., has a program based on sales generated from your member base or referrals that are not already on our database. We can customize a program for your Charity or Organization to raise funds based on your needs, without diluting our renowned service and value.
